All employees have access to the Ascender Employee Portal. If you have resigned, you can still access pay information including your W-2s.

W-2s
W-2s for 2020 are now available through the Ascender Employee Portal. W-2s will not be mailed. To have your Ascender Employee Portal login reset, please email [email protected].

Instructions for printing W-2s

1095Cs
1095Cs will be mailed out for 2020.

Browser Requirements:

  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Mozilla (Current Version)
  • Safari 5.0 and later (Mac only)
  • Chrome (Current version)

W-4s

Please submit a new W-4 form to the payroll department by interdepartmental mail if withholding needs to be changed. If you have previously claimed to be exempt, a new W-4 form will be required by February 15, 2021. If a new form is not submitted to payroll by the IRS deadline, the withholding will change according to the guidelines set forth by the IRS.

Earned Income Credit (EIC)

Please visit the IRS website using the below link to establish if you can claim the Earned Income Credit (EIC). This link has information in regards to qualifying for a possible federal tax refund due to the EIC.
