In an effort to be collaborative and welcome feedback from the Montgomery community, MISD parents, staff and secondary students were surveyed in late October 2022 regarding the academic calendar for the 2023-2024 school year. 

The results of that survey can be found on the Transparency tab on the MISD website. 

These survey results have been shared with MISD administrators and the District Advisory Committee (DAC) and were used to create draft calendars. These calendar drafts will be reviewed, discussed and ranked by members of the DAC and one will be selected and presented to the MISD Board of Trustees at the February 2023 board meeting. Upon approval, the final calendar will be shared on the MISD website following the February meeting.
