DOCUMENTATION NEEDED FOR UPLOAD IN NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
    • Child's certified birth certificate
      • Parents can go directly to Texas.gov and order a certified birth certificate for $22, the same price as a walk-in or mail order. The easy-to-use online service is offered in English and Spanish and provides parents with a straightforward, secure option for ordering their child's birth certificate. The orders are fulfilled by the Texas Department of State Health Services.)
    • Current immunization records
      • Further information regarding immunizations can be found at Texas.gov.
      • A record showing that the child has the immunizations required by Education Code 38.001, or proof that the child is not required to be immunized.
    • Social Security Card
      • In the state of Texas, students are tracked by their state identification number. TEA prefers that students are coded using their Federal Social Security Number and we are required to ask for this information. We can only assign the social security number as the student’s state id when we have acceptable proof of that number. If acceptable proof is not provided, an alternative state id number may be used; however, this id is not accepted by institutions of higher education.
    • Parent/Guardian valid Photo ID
      • Current valid state, federal or international photo identification that contains the name, birth date, and signature
    • Two proofs of residency in the district
      1. Real Estate Tax Certificate, mortgage statement, closing disclosure/settlement statement, or full lease/rental agreement in parent/guardian's name
      2. Current (within 30 days) utility bill (e.g., gas, electric, or water) clearly indicating parent/guardian’s name and residence address as the service address
    • Last Report Card, Unofficial Transcript (High School Only), or Withdrawal Form (if applicable)

    REGISTRAR PROCESS

    • Document Review
      • Once you submit your online enrollment forms, the campus registrar will carefully audit all uploaded documents and information for accuracy and completion.
    • Status Notification
