In Montgomery ISD, we recognize there are employees who directly teach, and those who directly support teaching. We want to ensure that each employee in our district knows that the work they perform to support student academic achievement is recognized and valued. “I am Montgomery ISD” is a campaign to elevate those who support our students in many different important roles, oftentimes “behind the scenes” of a school setting.
