Principal - Duane McFadden

The principal at Montgomery Junior High School is Mr. Duane McFadden. He graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Master of Education from Sam Houston State University. Mr. McFadden has been an administrator in the Montgomery Independent School District since 1996. Mr. McFadden believes that schools are a place for students to work hard and to have fun. He reminds students often that they are preparing today for what they will do for the next 60 or 70 years of their lives and tells them to work hard, have fun, but never lose sight of why they are at school
Assistant Principal - Danielle Bone

Ms. Bone is an alumni of Montgomery High School. She continued her education and received her Bachelor and Masters degrees in education from Sam Houston State University. Ms. Bone is no stranger to Junior High as she taught 7th grade math here at Montgomery Junior High for 7 years before becoming an assistant principal. Ms. Bone loves being at MJH and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. "The students and staff are what makes this such a great place to be every day."
Assistant Principal - Melvin Shiflet

"Coach" Shiflet has been the Montgomery Junior High campus athletic coordinator, a physical education teacher, and a football and track coach, and is presently an assistant principal. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1978 with a BAT in education. He has been married for over 25 years to Connie Shiflet, who is the intermediate school music teacher and director of the Music Makers.
