What is Dual Language?

     The Dual Language program will allow students to develop two languages by receiving instruction in English and Spanish in a classroom that has both native English speaking students and English language learners.  The objective is to promote high academic achievement, development of two languages, and cross-cultural understanding for all students.  The Dual Language program provides students ample exposure to two languages.  It allows students to learn a second language without losing command of their first language.

Selection Process

• Complete application
• Student must be proficient in the English language
• Entry is only for Kindergarten students
• Applications will be processed in the order that they are received
• Minimum 5 year commitment to the program
