The technology department may also choose to announce the intent to purchase select products and or services by publically announcing a Request for Proposal (RFP). Prospective vendors who can meet the desired deliverables may submit a proposal in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the RFP.

Vendor Notice
The MISD technology department in part defines SPAM as any unsolicited electronic communication to promote a product, service, company or cause. When selecting and or recommending the best vendors for specific technology related products and or services, the MISD technology department does consider all cost to the district including those associated with unsolicited marketing tactics.
