MISD Payroll
  • W-4 form-The original W-4 form must be signed and submitted to payroll for processing.
  • Direct Deposit form-The original direct deposit form signed by the employee and attached voided check must be submitted to payroll for processing by the 1st day of the month for the new direct deposit account to be in place for the following pay run.  Otherwise, the direct deposit will be deposited to the financial institution on file.
  • 2019-2020 Pay Dates

All employees have access to the employee access center.  If you have resigned, you can still access pay information including your W-2s.


W-2s for 2019 are now available through the Employee Access Center.  W-2s will not be mailed.  To have your TxEIS Employee Access login reset, please email diane.tomlinson@misd.org.

1095Cs will be mailed out for 2019.

Please submit a new W-4 form to the payroll department by interdepartmental mail if withholding needs to be changed.  If you have previously claimed to be exempt, a new W-4 form will be required by February 15, 2020.  If a new form is not submitted to payroll by the IRS deadline, the withholding will change according to the guidelines set forth by the IRS.
