New Student Enrollment:

  • Please bring the following information with you to enroll:

      • Certified Birth Certificate (You can order a certified birth certificate for your child at www.texas.gov (opens external link in new window)
      • Immunization Record
      • Social Security Card
      • Parent/Guardian valid Photo I.D.
      • Two proofs of residency in the district:
        1. Real estate tax certificate or closing disclosure/settlement statement in parent/guardian's name, or lease/rental agreement
        2. Utility bill (e.g., satellite, cable, water, gas, electric, or telephone) clearly indicating parent/guardian's name and residence address as the service address.
        *If parent/guardian is living with another family in the district, additional forms are required.

    Kindergarten student must be 5 and a Prekindergarten student must be 4 on September 1, 2020.

  • Prekindergarten student must meet one of the following requirements:

      • Unable to speak and comprehend the English language
      • Homeless (documentation completed at enrollment)
      • The child of an active duty member of the armed forces (documentation required)
      • The child of a member of the armed forces, who was injured or killed while serving active duty (documentation required)
      • The child of a person eligible for the Star of Texas Award
      • In the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services, or ever has been (documentation required)
      • Educationally disadvantaged - You must bring proof of income for two months at the time of registration to initially qualify based on Income Eligibility Guidelines.

    Tuition based Prekindergarten ($600 per month) will be offered next year on a limited basis to students who do not qualify for Pre-K.  Enrollment will be granted first to students who enroll during May 11th - May 15th. Contact the campus registrar for more information.  There will be a $125.00 registration fee due at the time of registration. 

     

 

Please Note: The enrollment process begins online in Ascender and is completed at the campus.

STEP 2: Bring the printed forms from Ascender and all documents listed below to the campus.  

 

  • Certified Birth Certificate
