Montgomery ISD Board of Trustees Names Principals

Teacher TimThe Montgomery ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the principals for three new schools at the Board Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, for the 2017-2018 school year. Tim Williams was named Principal of Oak Hills Junior High, Mallory Kirby was named Principal of Keenan Elementary, and Carrie Fitzpatrick was named Principal of Lincoln Elementary.

Tim Williams received his Bachelors from Sam Houston State University and his Masters from Lamar University. This is his 15th year in education and his fifth with Montgomery ISD. In his 15 years, he has taught Texas and U. S. History in the junior high classroom and coached football and baseball at the junior high and high school level. He commented that as much as he loves his job and working with students and staff, most importantly, he loves his family and any amount of time he can spend with his wife, Jamie, and their daughters, Jalynn and Kennedy.
“I am fortunate to be a part of a community that truly believes in and supports our school district. I also recognize the expectations of our district to be creative, innovative, and simply great in and out of the classroom. I look forward to the opportunity of being a part of a team that opens a new junior high and adding to the excellent schools that already make up Montgomery ISD.”
