MISD Welcomes Assistant Principal Chris Stowe


Montgomery ISD is proud to welcome Chris Stowe in his new role as assistant principal on the 2018 -2019 opening administrative team of Lake Creek High School. Mr. Stowe has served as an educator for seven years with the last six at Montgomery High School as a Debate and Social Studies teacher while also serving as the Director of Speech & Debate and the UIL Academic Coordinator. He has coached multiple students to state and national prominence including 18 UIL State medalists and a State Champion. In 2017, he was honored with the National Speech & Debate Association's Diamond Award for Coaching Excellence was nominated by coaches in Region VI as the Texas Speech Communication Association's Educator of the Year. As UIL Academic Coordinator, Chris led the MHS UIL Academic team to back-to-back District Championships and three Top-10 finishes at the UIL State Championships in Conference 6A.
