Principal:
Sheryl Moore
Mrs. Moore wasn't born in
Texas, but she got here as fast as she could. Her
undergraduate degree is in Earth Science from the University
of Northern Iowa. She holds a master's degree from the
University of Houston. Mrs. Moore, her husband, Jim, and
their daughter, Madeline, live right here in the town of
Montgomery. Her favorite hobbies are tennis, traveling, and
long bicycle rides with her family.
Assistant Principal

Janet Fick
Mrs. Fick
is very excited to be Assistant Principal and Librarian at MMS
this year. She received a Bachelor of Science in Special
Education from the University of Texas at Dallas. She
received a Master of Library Science and a Master of Education
in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University.
She has 26 years experience in education. Mrs. Fick and her
husband have lived in Montgomery for twelve years. Her two
stepchildren have given her six grandchildren that all live in
Montgomery. Her married daughter has followed in her
footsteps and is also a teacher. Mrs. Fick loves reading,
watching movies, and playing with her grandchildren.
Counselor:
Jamor Mochel
Mrs. Mochel is our Counselor a
Montgomery Middle School. She has 25 years experience in education.
Mrs. Mochel received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of
Education from the University of North Texas, a Master of Arts
in School Counseling from Sam Houston State University, and is
a Licensed Professional Counselor. Mrs. Mochel and her husband
have made Montgomery their home. They have a son, John, who is
a police officer for the Dallas Police Department.
