Welcome to Montgomery High School’s Home Page. We are excited that you are interested in the “Home of the Bears.” MHS has a rich tradition of excellence in academic and extracurricular programs. We are extremely proud of the commitment to these programs from our students, staff and parents. This commitment is also evident by the support that our school community provides. Thank you to all involved in making our school successful.
2008/2009 will be another exciting year for MISD and MHS. Our district is experiencing tremendous growth. Due to this fact, several construction projects are underway throughout the district. At the high school, we are involved in the construction of a new 9th Grade Campus, an Agricultural Science Facility and a Natatorium. It will be exciting to watch the progress of these three facilities.
The 2008/2009 school theme is MHS: Where you Matter Today. It is extremely important that our students and staff understand that our daily attitudes and efforts are important. Our efforts today matter and will have a direct result on our successes tomorrow. I challenge all of us to come to school everyday with a great attitude, ready to build relationships and willing to give 100% effort.
Looking forward to a great "BEAR" year.
Sincerely,
Bobby Morris
Principal
