Administration

Ms. Fiaschetti has been in education for seventeen years including being a campus administrator for the last ten years. Ms.Fiaschetti was raised in Indiana and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She earned her Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Sam Houston State University. The goal of Lone Star Elementary is to encourage our students to become lifelong learners. With the community, parental and school relationship our students will exceed any challenges placed before them. |
Melissa has been a resident of Montgomery for 30 years. She is a graduate of MHS and has been a teacher in MISD for 13 years. During her time as a teacher, she has held many leadership roles such as campus representative for CAC and DAC, Team Leader, Volunteer Coordinator, Supervising Teacher, Co-Teacher workshop facilitator, Curriculum Alignment team member, and a member of the Review Committee for TAKS Test Items Analysis in Austin. After earning a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education from SHSU, Melissa concentrated her efforts in the areas of Math and Science. Student success has always been her top priority. |
Mrs. Chilcoat is enjoying her 30th year in education. She has been a counselor in Montgomery ISD for the past 12 years. She has enjoyed meeting so many wonderful and supportive parents in Montgomery. Mrs. Chilcoat’s passion is developing good character in all our students so that one day they will be solid citizens who will make a difference in the world. |

Each learner has a gift. It is the responsibility of the educators to take these students along individualized paths in an effort to assist them in the discovery of their gifts. This is accomplished through a sincere connection with students, instruction in a variety of learning styles, and opportunities to succeed individually and collectively, All educators must be mentors for tomorrow's leaders.
