Financial Web Postings
- In compliance with Section 44.0041 of the Texas Education Code, school districts are now required to post a summary of the proposed budget on the school’s web site concurrently with the publication of the notice.
- Montgomery ISD has attained a Superior Achievement each of the five (5) years since the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) was implemented by TEA.
- In compliance with Texas House Bill 3693, school districts are now required to post utilities statements as of September 1, 2007.
Health Education Instruction Information
All required physical activity policies may all be found in the Student/Parent Handbooks of the individual campuses, which can be downloaded from this site at http://www.misd.org/handbooks.php.
Conflict Disclosure Statements/Questionnaires
Effective January 1, 2006, school districts are required by HB 914 to post conflicts disclosure statements and questionnaires filed by local government officers and vendors.
